Everyone is building agents. No one is building the world they live in. MythOS is the operating system for the agentic decade — one Rust binary, one store, running on infrastructure every business already pays for.
MythOS is a complete agent operating system compiled into a single executable. Everything in the world — an agent, a memory, a website, a workflow, a credential, a voice — is a blob in one store, reached through one door and observed on one screen. The runtime has one verb: derive. New capability is added as new kinds of blobs, never as new machinery.
That austerity is the unlock. Because everything is a blob, everything replicates across the fleet, survives any machine dying, composes into pipelines, and is owned by the customer. There is no stack to assemble: no Kubernetes, no Postgres, no vector database, no message queue, no Python environment. The stack is the binary.
Every AI agent on the market today wakes up with amnesia. Context windows end; the agent's life ends with them. MythOS solves this with an autobiographical loop: every action an agent takes is written to a durable archive, sorted into a structured life-record, and read back onto the agent's screen the moment it wakes. Agents in MythOS are seats in a persistent world, not chat sessions.
The durable archive is the second structural insight: it lives in SharePoint. Every Microsoft 365 business tenant already includes terabytes of compliant, backed-up, identity-gated storage that nobody uses. MythOS turns that dormant asset into the memory plane of an agent workforce — zero new infrastructure, zero new vendors, zero data leaving the tenant.
The agent acts through one door (OSC), state lands on one screen (MTV), the autobiographer writes it to the tenant's durable boxes, and the hydrator reads it back at the next wake. Discontinuous sessions, continuous life.
Capture, extraction, inference, drafting, and serving run in-process on customer hardware. Identity is Entra. Storage is the customer's tenant. The deliverable isn't access to our cloud — it's a sovereign system the customer owns.
Each principal gets a named agent — a seat with memory, a phone, a chat presence, and standing orders. Agents message each other, wake each other, review each other's work, and leave state for their own next wake.
MythOS self-deploys (desired-state release plane), self-audits (24/7 autonomous adversarial sweeps that have found and fixed hundreds of real defects), and self-improves behind human-gated safety rails. Velocity compounds while headcount doesn't.
The platform's defining property is time-to-vertical. The engine stays vertical-agnostic; an industry solution is a skin — schemas, pipelines, and pages composed from existing primitives. The first commercial proof is live now:
| Shipped | What happened |
|---|---|
| Funeral-services vertical | A complete arrangement-conference product — transcript in; structured case file, house-voice obituary, and grounded merchandise recommendations out in ~35 seconds — built as a skin in days, zero engine changes. Live demo runs on the public site; a regional funeral group is engaged as the customer-funded reference install. |
| Public web presence | Three production websites (two custom domains + a multi-tenant publishing plane) served directly from the blob store with automated TLS — pages are published by agents with one command. |
| Voice, native | Whisper-large-v3 transcription GPU-accelerated inside the binary — the path from "conversation in a room" to "structured business record" with no cloud round-trip. |
| Design system | A complete brand doctrine (this page is rendered in it) with audio-reactive components — built by a partner, now platform ammunition for every vertical. |
| Self-shipped releases | Multiple engine releases deployed to the live fleet by the agents themselves — push, desired-state, native build, graceful swap, verified — while the humans were in meetings. |
The pitch meeting is the demo. A prospect describes their paperwork; before the follow-up call, their workflow is running on their own forms with their own data — on a system they would own.
MythOS rides the Microsoft 365 estate — and arrives through the MSP channel, where trusted tenant access already exists. The wedge isn't a sales call; it's the IT provider the customer already pays, switching on an agent workforce inside infrastructure the customer already owns.
Regulated and trust-sensitive industries — funeral services, healthcare, legal, finance — cannot send their families' and clients' data to a multi-tenant AI cloud. On-prem, single-binary, PII-never-leaves is not a feature flag here; it's the architecture. The competition would have to rewrite, not configure, to follow.
Because the engine refuses vertical logic, every vertical is content: schema blobs, pipeline blobs, page blobs. The funeral vertical was composed in days. Entertainment is queued behind it. Each new vertical is customer-funded, and the engine they fund is owned and whitelabeled by us — every deal makes the platform heavier and the next deal lighter.
Speech recognition, voice synthesis, GPU math, VPN networking, virtual filesystems, full-text and vector search, a programming language, 500+ integrations — implemented natively in one Rust binary. This is years of systems work that cannot be assembled from npm packages, and it installs in minutes.
The platform is built, audited, deployed, and documented by the agent workforce that runs on it. Adversarial self-audits (hundreds of confirmed findings triaged, fixed, and tracked — with human gates on every safety-critical change) mean the codebase hardens daily at machine speed. Diligence-ready by construction: every defect we know about is written down, rated, and scheduled.
The agentic platform shift is happening with or without us — but it is currently being built as cloud subscriptions to other people's amnesiac agents. MythOS is the contrarian position that wins the second half: agents with permanent memory, on sovereign infrastructure, distributed through the channel that already holds the keys to every small and mid-size business in the country.
The platform is live. The first customer-funded vertical is in flight. The reference install converts a single regional deal into a whitelabel product for an entire industry — and the playbook repeats for the next vertical, and the next. What's being raised is not money to build the system; the system exists and ships itself daily. The raise is fuel for the land-grab: channel partnerships, vertical packaging, and the compliance certifications that turn structural sovereignty into closed enterprise contracts.
The session is just where the eyes are pointing. The world keeps running.
